We are looking for a competent and reliable Administrative Assistant to help with our rapidly growing organization and running of the daily administrative operations in our offices in Barcelona. We expect our colleagues to not only take care of the job duties listed below, but to be a part of the team that makes Tech Data a great place to work.
This is how your day-to-day will look like:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing superior service by phone or face-to-face, to our internal and external clients, employees business partners and visitors.
You will act as the single point of contact for internal and external customers.
Organize and schedule any requirements from customers and employees of the organization
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Follow up on actions from each specific requirement
Maintain all requirements updated in the appropriate system
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Liaise with other colleagues in the organization to handle requests and queries from senior managers to customers, vendors or business partners.
Have a direct contact with all departments involved (Internal sales dep., Vendors, customers, carriers, logistics, etc.)
Highlight and help to address root cause issues to internal and external queries
Support other team members to achieve goals and maintain a strong team work spirit.
Other ad hoc duties and special projects as required from time to time.

You are a techy savvy- and feel comfortable working within an MS Office environment (Excel and Powerpoint in particular).
